LinkGather - WordPress Plugin



This WordPress plugin shows you how to export the URL's for all your websites posts in Google Spreadsheets format.

Download the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by looking for LinkGather, alternatively you can just go to the link below:

LinkGather WordPress Plugin

Once you have installed and activated the plugin, you can start using it.

Step by Step Guide


A new link on the left side of your admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

Hover over this title option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different options available for you:

If you click on the Home link, this will navigate to the plugins homepage which has instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Click the Post Links offering to move you to the page that will show all of your blog sites published posts’ links. Be aware that for the purposes of this instruction, we are using our WordPress test site with just a few URL's in it.

You should now website see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the link list, you will see that LinkGather has also added up how many post URLs you have.

You then also have the ability to download the articles in CSV style.

Page Links


The procedure above is exactly the same for Page Links, however instead of showing back get more info published posts, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack ShortLinks


The option for JetPack URLs is again exactly the same procedure as those above, but, wp.me Links are actually built in short links created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those URLs.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.
